The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was kind, helpful, and tried their best to communicate. The resort provided top-notch amenities and facilities. The location was convenient, with a nearby Family Mart and quick access to Kata Beach.
Couldn't fault.

The room was new which was nice. Good location
Well we had booked for 4 nights & only stayed one because the hotel still had a lot if buikding work going on. The hotel should not have taken our booking. The restsurant wasn't finished so it was a very cold brekky in bed!!! Not good at all. We complained ti Bookings.com & they sorted out our departure without penalties thankfully. Don't bother booking for a few months yet !!

I recently stayed at a resort in Kata Beach and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, TV, and hairdryer. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. One thing I loved was the location of the hotel, as it was close to the beach and the center of Kata. Additionally, the breakfast was good and there were nice extras like umbrellas and bathrobes. this hotel provided a great experience at an affordable price.
Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Brand new hotel! Very well run with very nice staff working there. Rooms are clean and comfortable with ac. Tv has english, swedish, french, italian, german and russian channels plus free movie channels; located a 7 minute walk to the beach which makes it considerably quiter than beach front hotels; the restaurant beside the hotel in front of the boxing club is great!
The bathroom and bedroom have a semi-transparent glass wall between them, which means you can see the silouhette of the person in there - fine for a couple, but it would be very strange for a family or friends... Wifi was free, but didn't reach all the way to our room so we had to hang in the lobby to use it (Lobby is very nice though).

The room was brand new and the staff were friendly.
It was really disappointing that the hotel was still a full construction site during our stay. We could not relax around the pool or even in our room the whole 10 days of our holiday due to the constant drilling and construction work taking place. We would be woken every morning by the drilling noise! Not happy, especially when we were both a bit sick during our stay. Breakfast was included in our booking, which they brought to our room as there was no dining area built yet, so eating it from our bed was the only option. We ended up eating out every day after our first breakfast. They should not have people stay until the place is finished being built or we should've at least been informed of this when making the booking so we had the option to book elsewhere! I had also Pre arranged via email for an airport pick up on our arrival but there was no one there to pick us up.

Spent New Year's at a nice hotel with good rates. the staff was friendly, and the rooms and facilities were clean. We had a great time using the hotel's pool and gym. the hotel also had a restaurant and bar that offered delicious food and drinks. It was also conveniently located near the beach and some local shops.
The hotel had some issues with the WiFi, and sometimes it was difficult to get a stable connection. the room service could have been better as it was slow sometimes.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fridge, which was a great bonus. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. One of the best aspects was the affordable price for such a quality hotel.
The breakfast was not traditional, which was a bit disappointing, but still palatable. the pool closed fairly early, and guests were asked to leave the pool area at that time;

The positive aspects of Natalie Resort were far out weighed by the negative. If I did appreciate anything I would have to mention the functioning ac and location. The hotel is all very new which may impress some.
To be as brief as possible, this hotel was unfinished upon our arrival, which meant that we were effectively staying in a construction site, complete with the constant sounds associated with such a facility. Our breakfast meal was to be included with the purchase of our stay which is managed by a separate restaurant some 15mins walk away. This turned into something of an ordeal. During the allocated time we went to get our breakfast to find the restaurant closed. Upon returning to Natalie we asked to have the food sent to our room. 45mins later we were offered uncooked eegs & soggy bread. We politely opted to swap our breakfast for a dinner meal (which is considerably cheaper than the non-refundable fee for breakfast, but we didn't mind). Later that night we arrived at the restaurant to find the staff unaware of the hotel agreement. After a phone call the matter was sorted and we were served. The staff seemed aggravated by our presence and served us a terrible meal. We couldn't really eat it as it was uncooked and tasted very strange, we began to leave when we were ambushed with a charge for our drinks, contrary to a prior discussion. We bit the bullet and ate out for the duration of our 11 day stay, in spite of having paid for hotel meals. The staff seemed sweet enough but eventually the language barrier prevented us from solving the many issues we experienced during our stay (inconsistent hot water, extra charges etc). Taking issue with said problems caused the staff to treat us and our room in a lacklustre manner. I cannot stress how important it is to reside in a nice hotel in order to enjoy your holiday. Please save your money and stay elsewhere.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The location is superb, as it is near everything else around in Kata. It is not far from the beach or the main strip, making it convenient to explore the area. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and helpful employees. The basic amenities in the rooms, along with the sunrise view from the nice-sized balcony, add to the overall pleasant experience. And don't forget to try the delicious breakfast served here.
All was well, no improvements needed.

We loved the hotel facilities - everything we needed was provided inside the room, including a fridge and flatscreen TV. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location was great, just a 7-minute walk to Kata beach and not far from the main strip. We also enjoyed the Indian restaurant near the hotel which had a tourist booth inside.
Hard to think of anything.
